Toulouse, the capital of the Midi-Pyrénées region, is situated on the Garonne river, in a plain midway between the Mediterranean sea and the Atlantic ocean. Toulouse is at the heart of a historically rich but relatively little known region, with many castles and walled villages bearing traces of the life of the times, mingling religion and renaissance values. The warm glow of red bricks and tiles gives it its nickname, "la ville rose" the rose red city. Space and aeronautical activities have also found a particularly fruitful ground for development in Toulouse.

Prospective authors are invited to submit full-length, four-page papers, including figures and references, to the ICASSP Technical Committee. All ICASSP papers will be handled and reviewed electronically. See the Paper Submission page on the website. Please note that the submission dates for papers are strict deadlines.
