On-Site Registration Information

The on-site registration desks will be located in the "Hall d'Accueil" in the Pierre Baudis Congress Center. The information concerning opening hours of the registration desks will be available later.

Registration Fees

To COVER paper(s):

At least one author per paper must register by February 28, 2006 at a non-student rate! If you want to cover a paper, please choose the box “yes” to the question “Does your registration have to cover an accepted paper ?”.

To PRESENT paper(s):

One of the authors (or a qualified substitute) must give a presentation of the paper at the conference.

After having duly paid your registration fee, you will be allowed to come back on the registration website and entering the paper number(s) you will cover and the max. 3 paper(s) number(s) you will present.

1) One CD-ROM or DVD-ROM (delivered on site) is included in the conference registration fee.
2) The regular registration fee does not include tutorials, the luncheon, or the Banquet Dinner. Tutorials will be cancelled if the minimum of required participants will not be reached.
3) Both Registration Packages include registration, all technical sessions, the welcome reception, coffee breaks, exhibits, 1 copy of the proceedings on CD-ROM or DVD-ROM and admission to 2 or 3 tutorials. Total value of the Registration Package for 2 tutorials is 685/900 € (Advance/On-Site registration rates) and for 3 tutorials 815/1070 € (Advance / On-Site registration rates). You must be an IEEE member at the time of registration to be eligible for the Registration Packages.
4) No hard copy of the proceedings will be produced. Proceedings will be in electronic format only.
5) You must be an IEEE member at the time of registration to receive the IEEE member discount. Please visit ieee.org/join for details. 6) Please fax proof of your student status (a copy of your valid student ID or a letter from your department chair is required) to +33-563-72-30-32 or mail to the address below mentioned.

Pro-Forma and final invoices will be sent per email. Each attendee must register separately. Registration payments must be received by the registration deadline for the rate at which you registered; if payment is not received by the deadline, you will be responsible for the higher rate. Refund policy: Processing fee 50 € till April 10, 2006. No refunds after April 10, 2006.

Payment by credit cards, checks and bank transfer

Attendees not using credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) must forward a check payable to IEEE ICASSP 2006 and drawn on a French bank or a French branch of an International bank for the total registration amount in Euros.

There will be a 50 € fee assessed for returned checks or for chargebacks issued on valid credit card charges.

There will be a 30 € fee added to your registration for payments made by checks

There will be a 50 € fee added to your registration for payments made by bank transfer. The bank transfer must cover all registration fees to the conference. Any additional fees your bank charges to initiate the transfer must be paid to your bank.

Payment by order form

There will be a 30 € fee added to your registration for payments made by order forms. If you want to pay by order form, please fill in the Registration Order Form and send it per fax to the number below mentioned.

Proceedings Format

Conference registration includes an electronic version of the conference proceedings on DVD-ROM. The DVD-ROM version includes supplemental multimedia material submitted by the authors. If you prefer a CD-ROM format, which does not include this supplemental multimedia material, please choose the relevant box. Proceedings will be produced in electronic format only - no hard copies will be available. If no preferred format is indicated, a DVD-ROM will be distributed.
