Abstract: In this paper, we present a new multiple imputation particle filter algorithm to solve the problem of data fusion with missing data in nonlinear state space models. The new algorithm is then applied to the problem of fusing observations by multiple asynchronous radars. The convergence property of the algorithm is also briefly discussed. Simulated data are used to demonstrate the effectiveness and performance of the fusion algorithm.
